What We Need

As we have been blessed with members who are new to the USA, we have been receptive to all kinds of donation--anything in Wal-Mart and mostly furniture. We are thankful to the Exodus Refugee Service and Grace Baptist Church for helping out. We now realize that we need help through services more than material support. 

Services you can help in:

• job finding: we need someone who could find some company that hires non-English speakers who can do a good job with the help of interpreter/translator. Jobs like office cleaning would be helpful to many families. 
• ID application
• IPL application
• Appointments: Food Stamp appointment, health screening appointment, vaccination appointment, fingerprint appointment (for Green Card), Drive Test appointment, doctor's appointment, etc.
  
• insurance matters
• legal matters; we would need someone whom we can call in need of legal advice/help
• transportation (for job, appointments and shopping) : we will need to figure out how effective this service would be. This might be a bit too difficult to volunteer.
• baby sitting
• drive lessons
• English Language Teaching
• Educational: safety instruction, 'how-to' lessons,etc.
